HOLLYWOOD, CA - You're Cut Off star Jennifer Jowett was busted by police in West Hollywood In January 2011 for DUI on the day of the show's premier party in Hollywood.
Jennifer Jowett was pulled over by police in West Hollywood for a traffic violation after a police officer seen the actress talking on her cell phone. Upon the officer talking with her, he detected the odor of alcohol on her breath.
Hollywood police say that 28 year old Jennifer Jowett did not pass a field sobriety test and also failed a breathalyzer with a 1.0 just over the legal limit. Jowett was arrested and spent the night in jail until she was able to post bail at 8am the following day.
Last week in court, Jennifer Jowett accepted a plea bargain that does not involve any jail time, however the reality star actress will be on probation for three years and have hundreds of dollars in fines. Jowett is unhappy with this deal and hoped the court would just drop the case all together. Jennifer... do you really think that driving intoxicated and being irresponsible with putting your own life and the lives of others in jeopardy doesn't warrant consequences? Maybe your next reality show should be cakked "Get A Clue!"
